Delete your Instagram & Facebook data

You can delete the data Collably imported from Meta at any time, in any of these ways.

Option 1 — Disconnect the account
Go to Edit profile → Connected accounts and tap Disconnect on Instagram or Facebook. All data imported from that account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Delete your Collably account
Deleting your Collably account removes every connected account and all Meta data with it.
Option 3 — Remove Collably from Instagram or Facebook
In Instagram or Facebook, open Settings → Apps and Websites, and remove Collably. Meta notifies us and we delete your data automatically.
Option 4 — Email us
Email support@collably.online with your Collably username and we'll delete your Meta data within 30 days.
