Auto-release window
14 days

Cancellation kill fee
25%

The 5-step flow
1. Brand pays upfront
When a brand hires you, they're charged the creator's base fee plus a 15% platform commission. Funds leave their card immediately and enter escrow.
2. Funds held in escrow
Collably (via Stripe) holds the funds securely. The creator is NOT paid yet — they're protected by the brand's commitment, and the brand is protected from no-shows.
3. Creator delivers
The creator submits the deliverable through the in-app deliverable section. The brand can request up to 2 revisions (default).
4. Brand approves → creator paid
Once the brand clicks Approve, the base fee is released to the creator. Or, if 14 days pass without action, funds auto-release.
5. Stripe pays out
Released funds reach the creator's bank account in 2–7 business days via their connected Stripe account.
If something goes wrong
Either party can open a dispute through the in-app form before funds are released. Funds remain frozen until a Collably admin reviews the case and issues a final, binding resolution. The 15% platform commission is non-refundable.
