1. Introduction

Collably ("we", "our", "us") operates a marketplace connecting brands with UGC creators in Puerto Rico. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform at collably.online.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account details (name, email, role)
• Profile information (bio, location, portfolio, social handles, follower counts)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
• Content you upload (videos, images, messages)
• Connected social platform data when you authorize integrations (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)

3. How We Use Your Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the platform
• Match brands with relevant creators
• Process payments and escrow transactions
• Display public profile information to brands and creators
• Send transactional and platform-related emails
• Detect fraud and enforce our Terms

4. Sharing

We share information with: Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting & database), and connected social platforms only with your explicit authorization. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing us. You may revoke any social platform connection at any time.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Data from Instagram and Facebook

Collably uses Meta's APIs. When a creator chooses to connect an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page, we collect:

• Instagram: username, profile picture, follower count, media count, post and account insights (reach, views, engagement), and audience demographics (age, gender, city, country)
• Facebook Pages: Page name, followers and Page insights

Purpose: to display these stats on the creator's Collably profile so brands can evaluate them for campaigns, only with the creator's explicit consent. Creators can hide their stats from brands at any time.

Sharing: we never sell this data and never share it outside Collably. Brands can only view it inside Collably and cannot download or export it.

Retention: we keep periodic snapshots while the account is connected. All Meta data is deleted when the creator disconnects the account, deletes their Collably account, removes Collably from their Instagram or Facebook settings, or requests deletion.
