    Brands cannot hire you until you've completed Stripe Connect onboarding. Here's exactly what to do.

    Before you start

    Have these ready:

    • A government-issued ID (driver's license or passport)
    • Your bank account number and routing number
    • Your full legal name and address
    • Your SSN or EIN (for U.S. tax reporting)

    Step-by-step

    1. Go to your Creator Dashboard.
    2. Find the 'Payout account' card and click 'Set up payouts'.
    3. You'll be redirected to Stripe. Enter your personal and business info.
    4. Verify your identity (upload ID photo).
    5. Connect your bank account.
    6. Return to Collably. Your status updates automatically.

    Troubleshooting

    Status still says 'Onboarding incomplete'? Click the Refresh button next to the payout card. If still stuck, contact us.

    Stripe rejected my info? Stripe will email you with the specific reason. Common issues: blurry ID photo, name mismatch, or unsupported country. Re-submit through your dashboard.
