Acceptable Use Policy

You may not

• Circumvent Collably to avoid platform fees (move deals off-platform within 12 months of first contact).
• Post illegal, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, etc.
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or follower metrics (buy, trade, or coerce them).
• Create fake accounts, impersonate others, or use bots.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or use automated access without permission.
• Submit work generated entirely by AI without disclosing it.
• Produce sexually explicit or violent content.
• Promote drugs, weapons, gambling without proper authorization, or other regulated goods.

What happens if you violate these rules

Depending on the severity, we may: warn you, remove content, freeze in-progress hires, refund the other party from your escrow balance, or permanently ban your account.
